Update passport after renewal

Hi Everyone

how can i update the passport information in absher which is expired and renewed later

when i am trying to update the passport in absher online i get the below error

***Sorry! You cannot update the passport information. The beneficiary’s passport information has been updated in the last 5 years. Please visit Jawazat for more information***

better to visit Jawazat office with originals and copies of all documents. I did dependent update couple of months ago by visiting the jawazat.

also take print of this error.
