KSA-Business Visa Cancellation

I got a work visa while having a valid business visa, from Bahrain.  Your problem is that you are applying for the same type of visa i.e. business visa.  In some application centers, to reduce the load, they simply don't entertain applications until the old visit visa has expired.  This has been the case for a long time.   Since you are not legally allowed to work on a business visit anyway, they don't see the urgency in issuing a new one and instead ask you to wait for expiry.   So unless the center agrees or you speak to a manager, you are stuck.

If sponsored visa, only the sponsor can cancel it.

I have Business Visit Visa and I am Indian national applied from India... currently in Saudi.. temporarily supporting one company here. If I get a job offer from another company here you mean that there is no issue and, that company can easily issue another Visa for me because both the Visa will be different — one i have is Business Visit Visa and the one they will issue is Work or employment Visa.? 

You mean the Work visa or employment Visa will not be cancelled beacuse i am already having a valid Business Visit Visa? Two types of Visa allowed for a same country at the same time ? How is it possible?

In your case it is fine as you were in Saudi and got job from Bahrain.

I think i mentioned this before.  The requirements are determined by Saudi consulates in the respective countries.  The consulates in the GCC countries don't have any issue with issuing a work visa while you have a valid business visit visa (Assuming you are a resident in the country that you apply from i.e. my case).   Look, their system allows for it so there is no process limitation there.   However, consulates in Pakistan / India and some of the other countries where a lot of people come to KSA from, have stricter bureaucratic requirements and they ask for the business visa to be cancelled before a work visa can be issued.

You need to check the requirement from your home country.   As I said, this is not a KSA system issue but your home country consulate bureaucracy issue.
