To rent a car with final exit visa

Greetings everyone

I have question:

1. I’ve a car under my name and planning for final exit.. so i need to sell my car before that so they can proceed me final exit visa? Its correct?

2. If i sell my car and my company processing my final exit visa, am i able to rent a car under my iqama? It is allow to rent a car while u have final exit visa?
