New Visa While Tourist evisa valid?

Hi,


Asking for a friend here.


My friend visited Saudi earlier this year and has about 2 weeks left on the tourist evisas for Schengen (EU nationals). However, she would like to visit Saudi again soon for her friend's wedding and do some additional sightseeing as well via the Personal Visit Visa (issued by friend getting married). Friend getting married is Saudi.


Is this possible? My friend is keen on ensuring that her visa application isn't denied/money wasted. Thanks
