changing profession

i received my SCE certification for engineering and now i want to change my profession

i requested company but they said their account is blocked so cannot change the profession

does this block happens or r they lying ?

and whats the other way to do it

i had letter attested from mofa for my degree certificate attestation and i sent that file itslef for sce
