GOING ON FINAL EXIT AND COME BACK WITH NEW WORK VISA

Hi friends

1) How To Cancel Valid Visit Visa Stamped In India, My Husband Is Coming On Final Exit N Come Back With New Work Visa, My Doubt Is Before He Coming On Final Exit He Has To Cancel My Visa With His Old Iqama Or After Coming To KSA He Will Get New Iqama, Through Which Iqama He Has To Cancel Family MVV?

2) My Husband Is Coming On Final Exit And Enter With New Work Visa So We Planned To Cancel EJAR Contract But It Shows That It Expired, We Met The Real Estate Office N Asked About It They Are Telling No Issues Will Face Because Of Expired Contract In Final Exit And New Entry? Really Don’t Know What To Do In This Situation .

3) Please guide How to pay EB bill before bill generate? Every month 10th, he will receive the message but in our case he is supposed to leave jun 5th, while crossing immigration (final exit & new entry) will affect his journey because of utility bill payment?
