2 NEW EMPLOYERS IN QIWA ASKING FOR EMPLOYEE TRANSFER?

flaxenmonk

Hello guys I need your advice.

This is my status now in saudi arabia.

1. I have an expired IQAMA last April 01, 2023.

2. No salary received in 3 consecutive months.

3. My current Employer is already in Red Nitaqat status.

Here is my Plan... I want to transfer to a New Employer without Old Employer consent since my Old Employer already commit a violation under Saudi Law and also the rights of Employee. I already got 2 Employers but in a different Job Offer.. New Employer A - I have already signed the JOB OFFER. New Employer B - suddenly came across with a good OFFER than Employer A. Now the situation is.. My NEW EMPLOYER A is in the process in QIWA for employee transfer and NEW EMPLOYER B is in the process of preparing a JOB OFFER for my signature. What if in case that NEW EMPLOYER A have already been  approved in MOL and proceeds in "EMPLOYEE'S APPROVAL OR REJECT" and At that time my NEW EMPLOYER B is already getting ready for MY JOB OFFER. Is there any problem if 2 NEW EMPLOYER A & B will send an EMPLOYEE TRANSFER thru QIWA? This is what happened, I already signed the job offer from NEW EMPLOYER A before B came with a better offer than A. What should I do? PLEASE I need your advice. Do you think guys there will be a problem in the future for not accepting the offer from NEW EMPLOYER A?

Another QUESTION:

What if I already have an Employer and I have expired IQAMA., Is it possible to process my IQAMA under new Employer while I'm still working in Current Employer waiting for the noticed period from QIWA ends after accepting the transfer? What is the right procedure in my case? Once I accepted the employee transfer from my new employer, do I have to start to work with them right away in my new employer? or i' ll have to wait till my Absher new sponsor is already appeared in Absher system?

NOTE: I AM NEW IN SAUDI ARABIA.. 2 YEARS CONTRACT AND NOW I'M IN 1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS.

Do I have to pay the remaining months since I didn't complete my contract considering my old employer already violated the Saudi Law?

PLEASE GUYS ADVICE.. thank you in advance.
