Iqama transfer request in MOL showing "Not Confirmed"

Hi, There is no answer about it in the link. Whether it is rejected or pending

1. Is the request not confirmed ( neither accepted nor denied) by the current employer or it is rejected by the current employer.

2. What would be the next status in MOL site after not confirmed status.

3. How many days will take to complete the process from MOL.

He said that your current employer has neither accepted nor denied the request.

  Your current employer didn't deny or accept the request sent by your new employer.

You should contact your current employer and enquire (HR).

Which one is correct? Neither accepted nor denied or request rejected

Mr Abdullah Shakeel says as "Rejected" which one is correct?, It is unclear for me.

Contact your current employer or competent authorities and enquire. Otherwise, you might lose opportunities

Not confirmed generally means rejected.  The request will disappear from the system after remaining in not confirmed for a while.
