Sir please now I'm in oman now I'm working in oman I joint just 3 month but that company not giving salary so I want resign my job .but my arabab not giving noc I u need cancel I cancel to u but my araba say not giving noc but wife is doctor in oman .noc is required to vist visa ro family

Hi Babu mohamed,

Please create and post under a new topic, since where you have posted yours is irrelevant.

Please first read the numerous posts on the same subject as yours. You will find answers to all your queries as they have been responded to numerous times before.

For any employee to return after cancelling the employment visa, the last employer's NOC is mandatory. However, you could ask your wife to check with her employer / PRO whether you could return on a family visit visa, without having to produce the NOC.
