Marriage in Jordan

Hi! I am expat in jordan and will marry a Jordanian we are now in a process of completion marriage in Ministry of Interior. However they said its 1-14 days only but ours is almost 20days and still under process. It is normal to be late? Is there is a same case with me?

I think it is best to follow up by going back and ask.

Normally it shouldn't take that long and if there's something that delays the process, you should have been informed.

Thank you for the answer, at first he told my fiancee that i cannot be married cause i am under working visa, i should exit first and be on visitor visa and the next time I ask by myself, he told me still waiting confirmation of cid so just wait because he dont know also when. So we dont know which is the truth.
