Opening a bank account in Iran

I wonder if transfers would be difficult at times.

It depends on what country you r..
If u ganna Transfer money in Iran u should  cheack the bank in you r country..If they transfer..
sum of Bank here r banned..they r not allowed to transfer or receive  any money, but sum of bank Like ''Persian Bank'' or ''Saman Bank''
they r transfer money or receive money from any other country..
and also u can transfer money by sum of Exchange store here..
you need your Just ID cards to open bank account here..It doesn't take long time..
sum of them have Loan service too
