You need to post on and search Bahrain forum for this.  There are a lot of threads there. The search button is your friend.

But simply:

1) Approach hospitals and recruiters to look for jobs
2) Get a job offer and go through licensing application procedure
3) Go through visa and relocation process

I don't know of specific medical profession recruiters. But as I said, search on Bahrain forum. There are quite a few threads.
