Transferring or Cancellation of CPR

Hello folks,

I was wondering if someone could help.

What is the situation in Bahrain if you have a new job after having formally completed the existing one. What is the process for transfer of CPR to new company? I have been told that your old employer has t cancel or transfer your mobility, is this the case?

Thanks, I have checked this but I am a little unclear.

What would happen if employment has already formally ended and the employer is not allowing mobility, in that case what is the process for that?

Hi,

In this case i dont think you can locally transfer, you need to exit the country and come back on a new visa. To get it clarified i would suggest you to contact your new employer and ask them to get info from LMRA.
