Starting a new business in Malmo

Hi All,

My name is Carl and I moved from London, England to Malmo in September 2017 to be with my partner who is Swedish and our soon to be born baby boy. Having worked in banking for many years, I thought that this would be a great opportunity to change sectors and try and follow a career more in line with my passion for cooking. Lucky enough I was able to find a part time job working with someone who owned a small restaurant (some of you may have heard of Monkey Fist Tacos) where I was allowed to learn and try out a concept of my own. Well unfortunately that restaurant closed due to landlord issues and so I am trying to pursue something on my own. Initially I planned catering until I built the business up, but I have been offered a chance to have a pop up starting next month. I guess any support and or advice would be gratefully appreciated.
