Cycling in Andalusia

We are thinking of relocating from Occitanie to Andalusia.  Can anyone tell me what the cycling is like.  My husband is used to the many hills and mountains we have in this part of France and would need 'interesting' cycle routes! Thank you to anyone who replies.
