Considering buying in denia, any members on here live there?

Hi guys,

I’ve been priced out of Javea with most estate agents not looking to deal with

me as I’ve a max budget on 200k, denia appears to be a bit cheaper?

i was also looking at el campello, which appears to be very expensive and then looked at cheaper property in Santa pola….but lack of transport in Santa pola has put me of.

so I’m hoping to chat to expats on here that live in denia? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I would suggest looking at Pego. its only ten minutes drive to the best beaches in Denia. Situated in the heart of ountry, healthy environment. whatt are you looking for? Avoid Montepego due to problems with the urbanisations upkeep
