Reliable practical helper recommendations in Bucharest

Hello,

I am trying to find the safest low-admin way to identify a reliable paid practical helper in Bucharest for a wheelchair user visiting for an upcoming short stay.

This is not a booking request and no arrangement is being made yet. I am looking for recommendations for suitable local routes, such as trusted community boards, student groups, or people/organisations who may know reliable helpers for short practical support visits.

The role would be non-medical, no lifting, no hoist, and would need careful screening before any arrangement.

If you know a suitable route or person to ask, I would be grateful for guidance.

Kind regards,

Jack

It should be for how long ?

Thanks for replying.

Probably around 10 days in total, most likely sometime in July, although it could potentially be sooner if I can get the support arrangements in place.

I am still in the planning stage at the moment. The idea would be occasional short paid visits rather than full-time care.

The support would mainly involve practical help such as luggage, packing/unpacking, organising belongings, shower setup, and some morning or evening routine support. No lifting, no hoist, and no nursing or medical tasks.

Are you asking because you might be interested yourself, or because you may know someone suitable?
