Is there a grace period after working visa is expired in 8 days?

I don't have time to get my visa now. I have already booked the ticket and I have to leave this country on the 22nd november . I don't have time to get my visa this week. And I won't be coming back to Romania. My visa expires on 14th of november . I will leave this country on the 22nd of november .there is any other way to go to sri Lanka without getting a visa? Is there a grace period and go to Sri Lanka after the visa is over?

Visas and residence permit expirations do not have "grace periods". When it expires, you are illegally present in the country and subject to fines, removal, and possible ban on re-entry.

You should have either applied for an extension before, or made travel arrangements before expiration.
