Hi, I am in early stage of moving. Could someone give me name of a good moving company? My big items are a mattress, fridge, metal cabinet and t.v. Penny Morelock

As you only have a few smalish items it may save you some money to find a man with a van in Chaves, just by asking around in local cafes & restaurants to where you are moving. Moving companys tend to have large trucks and will charge you more than a van. Or you could hire a rental van yourself and ask a friend to help you with loading & unloading.

Hi,

There's a couple of English language online Portuguese "newspapers" and last time I looked had 4 or 5 moving company ads. My ole phone is too small for me to access them so you'd need some interweb search, a few emails should then get a few prices to compare.
