House renovation

He has dobe a complete gut renovation of a large house I bought in Alenquer.  Outstanding professional and punctual contractor. you may call him **** for an estimate. tell him *** referred you. He has 32 people working for him so the good thing is that he has a large crew working on the job at all times so the work is completed faster but well done.  Good luck!!

Please explain to us what has changed in 5 months? From awesome to crook...

He over charged maybe as much as 5 times the regular price. I was not there to supervise as went to US to wait for visa. He comes on strongly as a friend and somneone who goes above and beyond to gain your trust. the materials are horrible. plastic bathroom fixtures painted to look like metal. i chose tiles myself and he instlled hideous different tiles that cost 1/10th the price but charged me the original price. and on and one. very poor worksmanship.now 4 months past due end date. very unprofessional.

If he has a building business with a licence, try to see if you can make a complaint using his company's tax number.
