Almost impossible to find a job in Poland if you don't speak the language. Those who manage to get a contract must prove have a very rare speciality that does not exist here. Otherwise, they won't get a visa. For low-paid jobs (building sites, fruit collecting, cashiers) you also need to know the language. Neighbouring ukrainians can easily communicate with poles, even Russians, so they get the priority. Otherwise, only Schengen zone workers. The authorities are quite strict here.
