Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Poland?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Poland?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

I've just gone through the process of buying here in Poland, there are lots of pitfalls and problems, but if you're patient it's worth it.

hello everybody,
although I'm polish, i've been living as expat abroad for 10 years so I can understand many of your problems here

I work now as financial advisor, helping my clients with mortgages, savings and investments, mainly in Silesia, Kraków and Warsaw.
