Which are the alternate ways to make a call in Malta

No one knows where or what country you are trying to call. So, in reality, no one can give you an answer.

Skype, Viber, Whatsapp that's just 3 but there are lots more, just do a google search.

You still didn't say which country you wish to call, was it just one or many countries?

example melita no to melita customer or vodafone customer.

The ones I gave will work fine and just do a google search.

Yes, it does. € = Euro

Just checked a list of telcom suppliers on Malta, none charging even close to a quid (or even a Euro) per minute.
