Want to hire assistant (preferably UK expat)

I've been posting here for a few weeks,  and I'm pretty overwhelmed with the whole process of moving to Malta from the US.  I would like to hire an assistant at an hourly rate to help me with finding housing  (first short term then long term). I'm worried about overpaying or ending up in a bad location. 
I would also like assistance with sorting out residency, schools,  utilities,  phones- pretty much everything!  I would rather just pay someone with experience in these areas and not worry about it.
I will pay a good hourly rate and will need someone that can help ASAP. We will be arriving in August.  My location is undecided but likely an expat area with good schools.
