rental scam on expat blog

I was scammed by Goldcar, took my deposit and never returned, even though the idiots signed that the rental agreement was returned okay. Left it to the credit card company

That's not a scam but a dispute between you and the hire car company.

trouble is it can easily be perceived to be a scam if its happening regularly
