Contact Citizenship & Expat Affairs?

rg4784

Hi --

Does anyone happen to know of a way to contact DCEA from abroad?  I've tried calling them at various times during their business hours, and the phone just rings and rings.  I also have not been getting responses to email I've sent to the citizenship@gov address.  If anyone knows any tricks to get ahold of them (not in person), I'd love to hear from you.

Thank you for your time.

I think there is no more 'strait forward' ways.

If you have the name of particular person you need to contact, you can write direct e-mail at name.surname@gov.mt, but for common questions it does not work :(

Hi rg,

I do have contact addresses but as there are so many Expats waiting to be processed ,including myself, I have to ask you if your case is urgent?

If so let me know the details and I can try and get some input from DCEA.

Cheers

Ricky,

Thanks for your response.  I wouldn't ask you to use any limited resources -- I can give you a little more color in a PM.

Hi rg,

my reply was as such as I'm waiting for my own personal problem to be solved after which I am willing to share my contacts and see if I can get some feedback on your problem.

I'm hoping my issue will be resolved in the next few days.

Cheers
Ricky
