Hi everyone,

Well that's our house on the market, hoping for a quick sale and then it's off to Malta for the two of us.

Been over a year in the planing and can finally see light at the end of the tunnel.

Comino trips and diving in the Santa Marija Caves followed by a cold Cisk... what more could you ask for Ken..... oh I know being on the boat this weekend with me and my crew

Yes it has so far, thanks to the good folks on here. We didn't sell though, we did a 1 year lease just to make sure we will like it here. It did take 3 months to find suitable tenants. One of our dogs is still a bit traumatized from the trip and is super clingy and whiny..but he will be okay eventually. We just did our residency stuff today, it went well. Only snag was finding a place that would let us have the dogs!!!! We eventually found one, and we are loving Malta so far, warts and all...

Sounds like you have settled in quite nicely. We have our residency appointment for September so that should fall in very nice with us wanting to find suitable unfurnished property.
