by rechecking your map of Europe, for starters

Hi All4one,

I created a new topic from your post on the Malta forum for better views.

Best of luck,

David.
Hi David,

should have been on the Finland forum ! This is the Malta forum.Finland is one of the most northern European countries and Malta is just about the most southern point.

I don't even know if they play football in Finland or snowball.

Cheers
Ricky

Now that's confusing
Did you know that 'The Owl' Roy Hodgson managed them?
World Cup record failed to qualify - ever!
European Championship failed to qualify - ever!

He'll do well for them then.

Snowball..ha ha :D

Actually, Finland is one of the hottest countries in Europe right now. They suffer from rain and floods in Central Europe but Finland has an unheard heat wave :D

But yeah, Finnish football sucks ;)
Hi,
Maybe the poor man got his forum wrong, by asking on this forum rather than one for Finland, but did that really merit all the silly comments!!
Finland is a lovely country and it doesn't snow all the time; I have been there several times and have regularly swam in the sea there off the west coast in the summer...clean water, clean beaches, beautiful lakes and fantastic walking.
Being in a Finnish summer lake house with not a soul in the world around you for miles, only the greenery, the wildlife and the lake to keep you company is a REAL holiday experience.
Last time I was there it averaged 25/30° and not one tattooed red faced druken tourist in sight!!
And, we drive there from central Europe. The drive is easy and culturally very interesting...
Who cares about football when a country has all that to offer, hey Sannis?!!!!
Bye for now.
"Last time I was there it averaged 25/30° and not one tattooed red faced druken tourist in sight!!"

I must have gone the week after!
:P
Lets "Finnish" this now shall we ?

Terry
just one comment anymore..

LI1070, I know EXACTLY what Finland has to offer, I've lived there 33 years of my life ;)
I know you have, I can tell from your name, and it's a great place!!
