Women's Accountability Group

I want my wife to be accountable for the headaches I get when she nags.

Hi there,

I’m Divinia. I currently live between East Malta and London, UK.

I’m forming a small women’s accountability group focused on setting and working toward personal and/or professional goals throughout 2026.

The group is already taking shape and currently has four committed members living in Malta, and I’m looking to fill the final two spaces.

Practical details:

– Group size: 4–6 women

– Meeting time: Saturdays, 6:30 / 6:45–8:00pm (Malta time)

– Start date: Saturday 7th February

– Format: Weekly virtual calls with structured individual check-ins (around 10-15 minutes per person).

- This is not a business so no payment, just a supportive group.

Each member will identify a small number of goals to work toward over the year. On a weekly basis, you’ll choose one goal to focus on, break it into manageable tasks, and then check in with the group to share progress, challenges, and what you’re committing to next.

There will also be an option to meet quarterly for coffee or brunch to celebrate wins and progress.

I’ll be facilitating the sessions to keep them structured and respectful of time, but this is not a coaching or teaching group. The emphasis is on self-agency, mutual support, and gentle accountability rather than instruction.

This group is likely a good fit if you:

- Are willing to commit for the year

- Can participate consistently

- Are kind and respectful

- Are supportive of others

- Happy to have your camera on for the majority of the session.
