Romance Scam Perpetrator in Cospicua & Rabat! Beware!

Hello,


I'm looking to try and post the below in any Malta groups that I can... we are desperate at this point and hoping I can post in this group.


Someone I know is being taken advantage of by a man named Tommy (about 65 years old) who lives in Cospicua. He is saying that is no longer married, however I believe that is untrue. He is taking money and other items from a vulnerable person (and likely others as we are aware he has done this in the past).


He befriends women on Facebook, and then blocks them after he has met them in person. After that point he mainly communicates via phone or goes to there address.


He slowly isolates them - keeping them from family and friends.


Does this sound familiar to anyone? We are doing our best to stop him, but it is proving very difficult to get him to piss off.

And maybe take a picture of him. Make sure he contacts you and meet him to take a photo. A photo says a thousand words.
