Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Liechtenstein?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Liechtenstein?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

no, it is not possible buying property in FL for foreigners.

Anyway, it is also too expensive for inhabitants and citizens buying own property in the country.

The governments does not intend to have a "sale-out" such in other countries like i.e. Monaco, and this is anyway good.

Renting property requires generally the right to settle down in the country which is for "normal" people almost impossible. This is not about money, it is about qualifications.
