Builder, plumber

Hi
We have just bought an apartment on Lake Como and we are looking for tilers, builders and an electrician would could possibly speak a tiny bit of English, given that I’m still learning Italian. We are renovating a bathroom and kitchen.
Any recommendations would be greatly welcomed
