Permesso di soggiorno renewal

Hello, i am a student and i have a first year permesso di soggiorno which expires on 14th October 18' i am currently in India and return 25th September 18' i haven't applied for a new one and will miss the 60 day renewal deadline can i apply for one once i reach.
I also have a student visa valid till October 16th.

Yes u can apply once u reach here actually u can apply for new permesso within 2 months post ur expiry date i,e. 14 December 2018 so there is no issue in this reagard ......

hi,

I am in a similar situation as the op. I am currently waiting for my passport to be renewed. However, my permesso would have expired two weeks before the passport arrives.
Would they allow me to renew my permesso or should i explain my situation to the nearest questura?
