I am from Pakistan. I want to work in Greece. I have to apply for several jobs but they didn't reply. I want to get visa for Greece and work in Greece ۔

You'll have to find an employer that will hire you.  No one here can give you a visa.  Generally, you should have fluency in the local language to have a chance.
