Issue Accessing Outlook Data – Need Help Converting OST to PST

I recently lost access to my Exchange server, and now I can't open my Outlook data. I have an OST file that contains all my important emails and contacts. Is there a reliable way to convert an OST file to PST format so I can access everything again in Outlook?
