The housing market has a lot of pitfalls, why I recommend you to ask for help at the company where you are going to work.

Most housings are found on Den blå avis - dba.dk. If possible, do concentrate on the ads where the landlord has verified himself with NemId. Scroll down to the second to last point of the pager.  Non-verified persons may be okay, but you have no guarantee.

However, out of 2,858 ads for Aarhus only 25 are verified.

Another possibility is Facebook, but be careful. I have found several ads for non-existing housings here. If you find an unfurnished room, Facebook has a lot of ads with free furniture.
