Looks like they have created the forum, but not added the country to the home page, it's just a subforum under Cyprus, so no one will find it quickly.

The North Cyprus forum is accessible only within the main Cyprus forum on the right-hand side of the main forum page.

On a smartphone, you need to scroll down until you see “Browse by destination.”
