Neighborhoods in Nicosia?

Considering relocating to Nicosia from San Francisco for work with wife and our daughter (5 months). Trying to figure out which neighborhoods I should spend time looking at housing in on an upcoming trip. Would prefer something lively/walkable (restaurants / local market). In a perfect world a detached house with a small yard and mature landscaping. Edit: Budget 1500-2K+ (more if furnished and not janky)

Look in Zyprus.com you can find many houses there. Also larnaca and Nicosia are great for shops and walks . I plan on moving this summer as Well. We are from Vancouver Canada. We are looking in those 2 cities for our family .
