How do I use postani-student?

I have to register to the university of Zagreb using postani-student website, but it is very unclear and I do not know what exactly I am supposed to do and where to submit all the documents. Has anyone used it before?

Hopefully you were able to get this resolved. If not, you likely need to send your documents directly to AZVO (https://www.azvo.hr/en/) following their instructions on https://www.studij.hr/. If you already viewed this site and are still unsure about your specific situation, you can contact  AZVO's office via email in either Croatian or English, whatever you're most comfortable with. They usually respond within a day or two during the week.
