Hello dear expats,
I hope you will enjoy this thread!

I am a fellow (academic) expat working as a research fellow at a large Russian University (originally, I am from Croatia).

We are doing a large scale research project on expatriate experiences during they stay abroad (expats having any country, nationality, race, ethnicity, religion etc are welcome). We would love to hear yours and would be very grateful for your feedback ideally in the from of a 20-30 min interview (no benefits included other than sheer fact that you would be contributing to our efforts to better understand and, in the future, make expat life better and/or easier).

If not, I would be happy if I ignited a fruitful exchange of expatriate experiences on this thread, maybe we all learn something from each other.
