Many/most "temporary buildings" do require a permit - but then so does "glassing in" balconies, which most people merrily proceed with anyway.

Thanks Jim, I have looked at the link which seems to mention a category for temp constructed buildings but then can’t find anything re this category lol… clear as mud.

Will speak to our local Mayor and ask, I remember reading something where the regulations had been relaxed for garages no matter if temporary or permanent construction but can’t find this now always the way.
