Getting married in Albania

Hi can someone give me some advice. What do I need to do to get married in Albania? I am Rnglish and fiancée is from the Republic of Ireland. We both work here in Tirana and although early stages of planning our wedding interested in what we need to do to get married her.

I married an Albanian man, I deeply regret. He is mean to me he tells me I am ugly and dirty and goes on dating websites to date women behind my back. I now realise he used me to get a visa.
