Lost car registration and title

F
#1

Hello,

I bought a truck in PR. I received the registration and title at the time of purchase, but lost them in the move I was in the middle of before registering it. I know the seller can apply for a duplicate title, but he said getting a replacement registration is very difficult. Suggestions?

Thank you

Update: the seller had a favorite gestero who's handling it.
