Hello everyone,

Finding affordable housing in Haiti is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Haiti?

What about you? Where do you live now? Is it a place you would recommend?

Hi, seeking a land in Cap, as my mother is from there. I am looking for 5 rooms + as staff pilot and crew will need to stay with me this is for retirement purpose.

Front gated and a court on suite large for security and equipment as crew quarter.

*if possible access to water.

I have the hability to reach by sea and plane.

So anywhere with the facilities to accommodate within a hour drive will be accepted, thank you.
