Business ideas to start in Guadeloupe

Hi everyone

i have a small piece of land in Guadeloupe (Saint Rose) and i am trying to figure out if there is any good business that i could use the land for 🤔

• small shop

• small villa

• shisha club

• bungalow

i want to do something, so far im thinking maybe a small flat to rent but im not sure what to do with the land so any and all ideas are welcome
