people to do work on a property

planning to move to LT sooner rather than later - depends on covid etc - but when I am able I am trying to find the best way to get hold of people who can do work on any property I buy. I would characterize the work as less than full construction - laying bricks etc - but more that just simply putting base paint on walls -- any help at all much appreciated

If you are on Facebook, there is a great group called “Everything Las Terrenas”. It’s a great place to ask for recommendations for the different work you need done.

One caveat - people will refer you to friends and drinking buddies without ever having seen their work! Be sure to ask for references from people they have completed work for and even ask to see their work if it’s something major.
