Any Day Traders/Swing Traders in Belize

I am looking to connect with someone how is currently at Day Stock Trader/ Swing Trader, living in Belize to get some in sight on best place for fast internet service and reliable internet service. Does anyone have suggestions for best places to live for high speed (preferred fiber optic) internet service?

Most major Towns have good (not great) internet
I tried my Plus500 account on my home network, in the area of Consejo-Corozal and it worked fine, I was "Scalping" Forex, so gotta be quick
Lost and gained few pips both ways before it closed-out, but nothing that I would be worried about
Just testing really before I eventually move out full time,
I plan to scalp Forex just for a few points a day, just beer tokens + party funds

I know that there is fiber-optic cable run along the Western Hwy, and I am pretty sure available in San Ignacio, maybe Belmopan as well. I have a friend who moved out along the Western Hwy for that reason.
