I just went in person to pay my property taxes last week in Belmopan at Lands. Pretty simple and easy. Took about 30 minutes.

I was scammed out of ~$800 trying to pay my taxes online last year, but not certain what the site was, so I can't comment on IRIS, but be careful.

Payed mine a couple months ago in Dangriga office, payed for the next five years.

I normally pay about 5 years forward so I don't have to keep going. I am not due now until 2029.
