I just handed in my passport for my second 3-month extension here in Cần Thơ. The first time I did it with Mekong Sunshine Tour, that was 3 months ago and they were by far the cheapest :220 $ when most agencies were charging around 350$. Their rate has gone up to 320 $. The recruitment manager of AMA Cần Thơ language has some connections at the local immigration office and will do it for 310 $. I eventually settled on Vietkite travel in HCM who have an agent here in Cần Thơ at the Bao Nguyen hotel. They charge 215 $ and send your passport to HCM. In a week I will be able to tell you how it went.
