Unfortunately, It doesn't seem that this website has one of the most commonly requested professional fields: rental agency.

Closest thing are real estate agents which may or may not be handling rentals

Yes. I recently had a very good experience with a rental agent in HCMC found on Facebook. There are a gazillion of them but if you know what you want and can list the attributes of the apartment you're looking for, they can find it!

I got some help from friends, too, to recommend a Facebook-based rental agent. It all worked great.

On Facebook, they may have a button that says Rentals and another that says Buying. . . .
